Terms of Service — Restockly

Restockly is in active development. This policy applies from its public launch and describes how the app handles data.

Last updated: 9 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Restockly, a Shopify app provided by Advira Consulting AS, an independent software studio based in Norway. By installing or using Restockly, you agree to them.

The service

Restockly analyses your Shopify sales and inventory to suggest reorder points, quantities, and timing. Its forecasts are guidance; you remain responsible for your purchasing decisions.

Plans and billing

Restockly is billed monthly through Shopify:

All charges are handled by Shopify's billing system. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Restockly to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access for accounts that do.

Disclaimer and liability

Restockly is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Advira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
