LabelFast is a Shopify app from Advira that helps you generate barcode-label PDFs from your products, inventory, and inventory transfers. This policy explains what the app accesses, why, how it is stored, and the choices you have.
What LabelFast accesses
To do its job, LabelFast reads the following from your Shopify store through the Admin API:
- Product and variant details (titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices)
- Inventory levels and inventory items
- Location data
- Inventory-transfer and shipment data, so you can print labels for received stock
What LabelFast stores
- Your label templates and layout settings
- A count of labels generated in the current billing cycle, used for plan limits
- A Shopify session token used to authenticate your store
Reading and writing
By default LabelFast is read-only and never changes your store. One feature, the SKU and barcode generator, can write generated SKUs and barcodes back to your products. This uses the optional write_products permission, requested only when you choose that feature, and can be declined.
Customer data
LabelFast does not collect or store your customers' personal data. It works with product, inventory, and store operational data only.
Where data is stored
App data is hosted on Fly.io, in a European region (Stockholm). It is encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS.
Third parties
- Shopify, which provides the store data through its Admin API and processes billing.
- The hosting provider that runs the application and its database.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall LabelFast, its data for your store is deleted, and we honour Shopify's shop-redaction request by removing any remaining records. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the data held about you or your store. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within one business day.
