Terms of Service — LabelFast

These terms govern your use of LabelFast, a Shopify app provided by Advira Consulting AS, an independent software studio based in Norway. By installing or using LabelFast, you agree to them.
The service
LabelFast generates barcode-label PDFs from your Shopify product and inventory data. You are responsible for reviewing the labels you print and for how you use them.
Plans and billing
LabelFast is billed monthly through Shopify:
- Free: 200 labels per month
- Unlimited: $12.99 per month, unlimited labels
- Business: $29.99 per month, adds printing by location, logo and metafield fields on labels, and priority support
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. All charges are handled by Shopify's billing system. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Your responsibility
LabelFast renders barcodes from the values in your store, or values you generate with the app. Internal barcodes created by the generator are for use within your own store and point of sale. If you sell through other retailers, you are responsible for using valid, GS1-assigned GTINs where required.
Acceptable use
Do not use LabelFast to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access for accounts that do.
Disclaimer and liability
LabelFast is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Advira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
