Yes. Returns require a customer's name, email, address, and order details. Returnwell processes this on your behalf to handle the return, and does not sell or reuse it. See the privacy policy.

Does Returnwell charge per return?

No. It is one flat monthly fee regardless of return volume or the number of staff seats.
