Terms of Service — Returnwell
Returnwell is in active development. This policy applies from its public launch and describes how the app handles data.

These terms govern your use of Returnwell, a Shopify app provided by Advira Consulting AS, an independent software studio based in Norway. By installing or using Returnwell, you agree to them.
The service
Returnwell provides a hosted return portal, approvals, exchanges, refunds on Shopify's rails, policy rules, and analytics. You remain the merchant of record and are responsible for your return policy and its lawful application.
Plans and billing
Returnwell is billed monthly through Shopify:
- Returnwell: $129 per month, flat. Every return, every feature, and every seat included, with no per-return fees
All charges are handled by Shopify's billing system. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Returnwell to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access for accounts that do.
Disclaimer and liability
Returnwell is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Advira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
